Vendor Setup Details:
Vendors are welcome to start setting up at 9am. All vendors should have their booth space completed by 11am. There won’t be assigned spots. As you arrive, check in with Diana or Vince, and we’ll place you at the next available vendor space. Spaces will be large enough to fit a 10’x10’ canopy and vendors will need to provide their own canopy and tables. Additionally, canopies are not mandatory. You are welcome to occupy the 10x10 space with just your merchandise table. Umbrellas are also acceptable. 

Vendor Tips:
Sparrow Market Tokens
$1 wooden tokens will be used for payment at the NEST/Sparrow sponsored school booths. If you have agreed to accept tokens at your booth, keep in mind that they are at a $1 value. Tokens can be cashed out at the NEST booth throughout the day. 

Items for Students
Many of your customers may be Sparrow students. We suggest vendors include $1 to $5 items to help bring in those additional sales.

Change
Remember to bring change! At least $100 worth in $1s, $5s, and $10s. We can’t guarantee that change will be available at the NEST booth.

Where to Enter, Unload, and Park:
To enter the Sparrow market vendor area, use the Echo Drive entrance on the north side of the campus - accessible via Spring St, by way of Palm Ave. Please enter using the second driveway, where Diana or Vince will meet you and guide you to your space. Vendors may drive their vehicle to their spot to unload items. Once you finish unloading, continue in your vehicle around the bend to the opposite facing lot, to park before setting up your booth. See map for details. There is also an overflow vendor parking area at the Learning Choice Academy, next door to Sparrow. If you’re running late, please text or call us and we’ll do our best to help accommodate you.
