Vendor Setup Details:
Vendors are welcome to start setting up at 9am. All vendors should have their booth space completed by 11am. There won’t be assigned spots unless you are a food vendor. As you arrive, check in with a NEST volunteers available, and they’ll place you at the next available vendor space. Spaces will be large enough to fit a 10’x10’ canopy and vendors will need to provide their own canopy and tables. Additionally, canopies are not mandatory. You are welcome to occupy the 10x10 space with just your merchandise table. Umbrellas are also acceptable. Weights are recommended for your canopy.

Vendor Tips: There will be a Vendor Market space and a Craft area for kids.

YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO ACCEPT TOKENS FOR PAYMENT FROM STUDENTS AND NEST WILL CASH YOU OUT AT THE END OF THE EVENT. 1 TOKEN = $1.

Change: Remember to bring change! At least $100 worth in $1s, $5s, and $10s. We can’t guarantee that change will be available at the NEST booth. Please provide clear signage on the type of payments you will be accepting.

Where to Enter, Unload, and Park:
To enter the Sparrow market vendor area, turn into the St. Lukes drive way off Wilson Street and park in the spaces along the gate. Spaces will be coned off for vendors. A volunteer will be at the entrance to remove the cones for your vehicle. Please see the map below. Someone will meet you and guide you to your vendor space. Vendors may drive their vehicle to their spot to unload items. Once you finish unloading, continue in your vehicle around to the opposite facing lot, to park before setting up your booth. If you’re running late, please text or call us and we’ll do our best to help accommodate you.
